At Nature Trails – as a pioneer of sustainable adventure tourism since 1989, we have been developing unique resorts in pristine surroundings and providing our guests with a bouquet of outdoor activities so they can enjoy adventure and also appreciate nature. We have done this while engaging with, and employing from local communities with a focus on sustainable tourism. Sterling CARES for Nature Trails is our comprehensive hygiene and sanitation program, in line with the latest guidelines recommended by the Government and institutions like WHO, ICMR, and FSSAI. We are committed to providing you with a Safe Adventure Holiday in the Lap of Nature!

    Measures for your Health & Safety

    ON ARRIVAL
     
    • Temperature checks will be done every time you enter the resort
    • Entry time at the resorts are defined: 6 AM to 8 PM
    • We request you to self-handle your baggage

    IN-PREMISES
     
    • Kindly wear masks at all times, frequently wash and sanitize your hands. Follow government recommended practices for coughing and sneezing
    • Please adhere to markings on the floor & on seating for social distancing, if you feel unwell please contact the Front Office for assistance
    • Visitors will not be allowed in the resort

    IN-ROOM
     
    • The room is sanitized before check-in and will be sanitized after you check-out
    • All equipment in the rooms, including TV remotes, will be sanitized as well

    RESTAURANTS
     
    • Restaurant tables are set with social distancing norms. Only 4 guests per table. Larger families should sit at multiple tables. Buffets are served by designated staff. Guests are requested not to handle food/serving cutlery
    • Outside food & beverages will not be allowed

    HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES
     
    • Activities like trekking, nature walks, hiking, zip-lining, kayaking, rafting, rappelling etc., will be conducted in small numbers, maintaining the norms of social distancing
    • Swimming pools and indoor activities are temporarily unavailable

    • Kindly inform the Front Office about your departure time in advance
    • We request you to self-handle your baggage
