Terms and Conditions of Booking
Applicable for all Nature Trails Resorts and Campsites

1. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at all Nature Trails Properties
   
2. All male groups are not permitted
3. Rights of Admission are reserved
4. Check In Time: 12 noon
5. Check Out Time: 11a.m.
6. If you require a morning check in, you will need to call up our reservations office on +91 22 66557777 / 67922156 / 25423586 or Fax: +91 22 25402503. Morning check in will be permitted subject to availability and subject to extra charges applicable.
7. All packages are inclusive of all meals for one full 24-hour cycle. Extra Meals will be chargeable as per rates displayed in the tariff
8. All meals are vegetarian and are self-service, served in the common dining hall.
9. Non-Veg is available at an extra cost.
10. Tariffs are subject to change at any time without notice.
11. In case of large groups / school groups it is advised that you reconfirm the booking details with our office at the time of the bookings.

Cancellation Policy
Applicable for all Nature Trails Resorts and Campsites

1. Up to 24 hours before the time of arrival at the resort: No refund
   
2. Up to 72 hours before the date of arrival at the resort: 50 % refund
3. Up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival at the resort: 75 % refund
4. Up to 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival at the resort: Full refund after deducting 7 % charges incurred for processing credit card transactions.
